I am signatory on my granddaughters account, she needs a new computer for school work, tried to have the funds sent to my bank account, unable to do that as it's her money. Was able to w/d the funds by cheque in my name which makes no sense Reviewed on: 4th September 2023

My husband is still waiting for his account online password. No response to an email enquiry about this. No response from online chat. Couldn't log in to my account yesterday- error message. Waiting for a chat response it closed at 1pm Reviewed on: 20th August 2023

I sent an e mail with no response after several weeks. I phoned up a couple of weeks ago because I still haven't been sent my log in details and it took over 30 mins to get through. I was advised the would be resent but they never arrived Reviewed on: 18th August 2023
