The payment delay information should be something displayed ont he website or made a bit more visible to help inform customers better, as I consider it a factor in whether to open an account or not. Reviewed on: 17th August 2023

Nothing. We are typing this two weeks later from opening an account. We have had emails from you asking why we have not put any money into the account, but we are still waiting for email and letter with details on how to log in. Reviewed on: 17th August 2023

It seems strange that the issue of some accounts opened online can be changed by secure message, but other cannot. The reason is not clear or transparent. Reviewed on: 16th August 2023

The time it takes to answer a call can be improved - it took four separate tries and the phone range on average for 6-8 minutes before being answered Reviewed on: 16th August 2023
