I moved some funds to Saffron, as at the time you were offering competitive rates. Of late, I am not finding this to be the case. I think there have been 4 base rate rises before you have increased your fixed rate bond rates at all. Reviewed on: 28th June 2023

As always, the person I spoke to was polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. I rang to close a Children's Regular Savings account held for one of our grandchildren, open a new one and sort out the investment of the maturity proceeds. Reviewed on: 27th June 2023
