I contacted by phone as advised in a letter recently received re reactivating an account, although generally pleasant Chi was not able to answer any of my questions and confirmed she would follow up by email, not received this days later. Reviewed on: 13th December 2022

I was sent an emailed maturity pack but the interest rate on the new account had changed downwards between me receiving the email and setting maturity instructions online. Molly changed the rate to the one I had been offered. Reviewed on: 13th December 2022
