The problem Lisa sorted for us was caused by transactions promised to us during a telephone savings review by the Royston Branch not being correctly actioned. This is the first problem we have had with SaffronBS. Reviewed on: 6th January 2021

Apart from anything else, the joy of speaking to another human, instead of going through endless menus on the phone, only to be told at the end 'I'm sorry, all our staff are busy on other calls at the moment - please try later'. Reviewed on: 5th January 2021
