Quite satisfied, sorting accounts I hold for grandchildren each year was all done on the telephone. However, will be glad to bring grandchildren into branch again as soon as we can - they understand savings better if they come in. Reviewed on: 1st December 2020

See above for experience. I think your instructions for setting up online viewing of accounts could be more explanatory not every step is clear and not even listed as to what is required. It took me at least 5 times Reviewed on: 23rd November 2020
