My Accounts were easy to open with clear information...

My Accounts were easy to open with clear information throughout. The interest rates are competitive. The account is also easy to manage through an online portal. This is a relatively small Society that is rooted in its communities but it still offers the facilities of much larger institutions. Reviewed on: 27th January 2026

Brilliant customer service.

Brilliant customer service. It is fantastic to have a branch nearby that I can go into to discuss queries face to face. Staff are always knowledgeable and act quickly. I hold multiple savings accounts which have a competitive rate of interest. Reviewed on: 27th January 2026

Good for advice and guidance in providing the best value for savings, both long and short term. The staff are always friendly, polite and helpful and the service outstanding. Best of all, it is a local service in a town where all banks have been closed. Reviewed on: 27th January 2026
