Card renewal - bad practice

2 male operatives didn't give the correct information and the female operative tried her best but her boss has not deemed my complaint important enough to get back to me. I received a letter from Saga stating my credit card had expired and to ring them with new details. On giving the details of my card, immediate payment for my car insurance was taken from my bank account.At no time was I told this would happen and no one would cancel the payment which was not due for 3 another 3weeks. I was told to cancel it through my bank .They told me the payment was ",pending "so it couldn't be done and to go back to Saga. This practice should be made clear in their letter or by the operative before taking my card details. It has caused me financial embarrassment and disappointment as well 2hrs on the phone trying to deal with this..I will not be renewing my insurance with Saga next year for sure Reviewed on: 25th April 2023

Renewed my car insurance, and took the 3 year no change option. As usual, agents are very helpful and knowledgeable. Had no hesitation in taking out policies on both my cars. Very satisfied as usual. GREAT COMPANY FAIR TO ITS CUSTOMERS

I have two cars and both my house and contents policies with SAGA. I have just renewed all my policies for a further year with SAGA. The cost diffirence between the two years was very small, showing that SAGA care about its good customers. Reviewed on: 29th September 2021

Great 3 year fixed price cover
