Amazing no fuss just get the job done!!

Some kind person put 5 windows through (one being the back one). My car is 2006 and to replace the windows would cost more than the car is worth. I could not afford to buy a new car so was absolutely amazed when I rang and the lady told me I will receive a phone call from the people who would be replacing the glass. After which the glass people said they would have to speak to Saga as the cost of the glass etc would be more than the car was worth. But to my delight, Saga still gave the go ahead. Nice to know that our annual premium will not increase for 3 years. At long last a major insurance company has recognised the fact that it is not good policy (see what I did there) to antagonise long standing customers. Well done!! Reviewed on: 29th September 2021

Excellent Product!

Excellent product! I like the ability to pay quarterly at no interest cost. I also like the fact it no longer costs the £25 each time to make/advise of changes to the policy over the policy period. So, in summary, excellent! Reviewed on: 29th September 2021

Simple and excellent service

I needed to have my daughter able to drive my car while I was undergoing a hospital treatment. I was not able to drive for 24 hours. A very minor issue and it was dealt with on the phone in ten minutes or less. Reviewed on: 29th September 2021
