Excellent customer service at a difficult time

I renewed my insurance by telephone, whilst self-isolating during Covid. I raised a couple of queries with the member of staff to whom I was talking, which were fully answered, and this led to a more general conversation between us during which we touched on one or two issues pertinent to my situation at the time. I don't expect staff to be other than efficient and professional, and the young man was certainly both, but he went above and beyond that - perhaps responding to my physical isolation at the time - and gave me his time willingly. When I pointed out that I was taking his time, beyond the completion of my business transaction, he told me that the company supported staff in providing a service that gave something extra to customers, which he certainly did. 3-year fixed price for insurance meaning no shocks at renewal

The knowledge that, unless our circumstances change, our car insurance price has been fixed for 3 years has meant no shocks at renewal. Extra benefits, such as legal protection, are also included as standard under this policy. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

ALWAYS BEEN SATISFIED WITH PRICE

Always been satisfied with price and quality of cover .Helpfull staff at end of phone lines and very polite and patience to explain any points to me. put me onto a good offer of 3yrs unchanged car insurance cover at a really good price . Partner has taken it up for his too when i told him about it. Not had any reason to claim thank goodness but feel reasured that i will get good service by looking at reviews ect. Have recently taken up their breakdown service partner with them at areally good price as well - so - win - win ! Reviewed on: 15th September 2020
