Good value and reliable service

I have had Saga car insurance for at least five years and some four years ago I made a claim for an incident that was not my fault. Saga agreed to my claim and took legal proceedings against the other driver. At every stage of the legal process they kept me informed of progress, which I was very pleased about. Before it got to court, the other driver relented and his insurer paid out. I have stayed with Saga ever since. Reviewed on: 11th September 2020

Excellent value for money

As good as it comes

A customer friendly company

When renewing or altering the insurance for our two cars, the staff have been most pleasant, polite and helpful. We are left with the feeling that the company employees have all the appropriate questions and information to hand, making telephone calls relatively quick to reach successful outcomes. We feel that the staff are well aware of the requirements of more mature clients, and their conversational approach is usually both friendly and professional. Also, phone calls are answered much more quickly than some other companies I could mention! Importantly, the premiums quoted for car and home insurance always seem reasonable and competitive.
