Saga offers two levels of cover, Saga Plus and Saga Select. With Saga Plus, you can expect to pay the same price for 3 years if there are no changes, even after most types of claim. If you cancel during the year, you won't be charged a cancellation fee.

Water leaks

I have needed the services of Saga’s home cover to do repairs following a water leak. The repairs have been efficiently and politely and with frequent phone calls to update me and. check on progress. Reviewed on: 12th September 2021

Horrendous customer service

Lovely sales team when they want your renewal... Could not wait to dismiss my claim when I needed help though. Incompetent robot on the phone and then a computer generated letter instead of the promised phone call from the manager. A terrible customer experience. Reviewed on: 12th September 2021

Excellent home contents insurance

Good service, competitive pricing. Good response when claims made.

Needed motor insurance. Painlessly purchased on-line. Likewise, travel insurance and most recently, Home insurance. I was attracted by the three-year fixed price. Reviewed on: 11th September 2021

Great service

Having contacted customer service to make a claim would like to say how helpful and courteous staff are . Everything was unbelievably straightforward. Despite my inability and expertise with technology the person I spoke with was able to help me in scanning supporting documents . The claim was paid within a matter of days .
