Diseased Referral

We were left a house by a dear deceased friend who was an avid Saga member for decades and who had many amazing holidays with saga including to China, Hawai and South America’s. Prompt claim resolution

My husband dropped his camera while birdwatching. I sent photos and receipts for the claim. The insurance assessor phoned and asked a few questions. We sent our camera for repair and it came back as good as new. Everyone was professional and helpful. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2021

Helpful customer service.

Competitive price and good customer service .

Service

Took out the no price increase 3 year guarantee, when renewal came through they actually reduced the premium, a rare occurrence in my insurance experience. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2021
