Always ready to help

Received car insurance quote for 2020/21 and was alarmed at the increase in price compared to last year. Did a comparison check and found a premium with another company which was considerably more acceptable. Reported this to Saga and said I wouldn't be renewing with them this time. A very accommodating lady called Norma, was quick off the mark and adjusted the figures quite considerably and made it worth my while to stay as a customer. A really good service, thank you Norma. Excellent Company

I have my house buildings and contents cover and my car insurance with Saga. The customer services are always outstanding, they never leave you hanging on the phone even throughout the present Crisis. I can trust them completely and have no reservations at all they are a very reputable company.. Every year I always shop around for cheaper prices because sometimes Saga are more expensive but before buying I always tell Saga what the another company’s offer is and they always try to match it within a few £’s and even if it’s still a bit more you have to realise the quality of the Saga company so it’s worth it to stay with them. They always come up trumps! Their House insurance were very helpful after a tall fir tree was blown down, the tree also flattened the old style railings between our garden and that of our neighbours in February 2020. Both claims were dealt with very swiftly thus saving a lot of stress to me. Their car insurance is very competitive and it is so easy to contact SAGA by telephone.
