They always come up trumps! Their House insurance were very helpful after a tall fir tree was blown down, the tree also flattened the old style railings between our garden and that of our neighbours in February 2020. Both claims were dealt with very swiftly thus saving a lot of stress to me. Their car insurance is very competitive and it is so easy to contact SAGA by telephone. I have been with Saga for my home insurance for several years and cannot contemplate a better insurer. Reviewed on: 12th September 2020

Carpet claim

Unfortunately I was not covered as my claim was deemed an “accident “ The circumstances were quite difficult to explain as it was down to my daughter being seriously ill at the time. The call handler was very sympathetic and although I was not covered on this occasion I received a little hamper and a letter from Saga.
