Tragedies made surmountable

Its a while ago now but we had our home rendered inhabitable for 8 months due to flooding, more recently we had our Motorhome burn out causing damage to our house and our neighbours too. Excellent service by Customer Advisors

Customer Advisors are always polite & helpful when I have called. A few years ago when my hall ceiling collapsed and I made a claim; Saga organised the repair promptly. They sent a plumber to fix the pipework in the bathroom, then builders to repair the ceiling and plaster the hall ceiling. I was really pleased with the standard of the Tradesman's work, Saga used to do the repair. Excellent Customer Service by Saga, hence why I have been with the company for so long.
