Exceptionally facilitated and extremely competitive.

It was so easy navigating the site and getting the insurance set up satisfactorily. The details and prerequisites were very clearly set out and, unlike other companies, there was absolutely no reason for concern or doubts about where one stood. Indeed, the whole process took only a few minutes and and the end there was a sense of accomplishment and reassurance. The competitiveness of the prices cannot be overstated. It is most pleasing to feel that the customer's best interest seems to take precedence over extortion - which is certainly the best recipe for success and longevity in ANY business. Quick, efficient and professional service

I bought Home insurance in 2020, which was a two year fixed deal, with boiler cover thrown in for free. When it was renewed in 2021 I had an email to say that my monthly payments will actually reduce, which was great news. SAGA, this company give access to people, who in turn do the BEST they can for the customer or prospect. I was Very pleased with Michaela who acted in a professional manner and gave me the best insurance deal , followed by prompt confirmation by email. It was a very pleasant experience.
