Always a pleasure never a chore

This is the 3rd year I’ve renewed my home insurance with Saga and don’t intend to change to another provider anytime soon. If you need a question answered they really are a delight to talk to, and so polite and informative. Thanks Saga. Reviewed on: 29th September 2021

Easy to deal with

when our freezer broke down and we were not around for 3 days as had quick break when we put in claim for loss of food saga was first class and gave me offer straight away over phone and within 3 days had cheque through post we will renew this year again Reviewed on: 29th September 2021

Top value Company.

I've been with Saga many years. When I drove I had car insurance with them and now I still have home insurance. Very professional team, I've only had a couple of small claims on house policy. Once when my husband fell over into the cooker glass door. They dealt with it immediately and made a bad situation much better. Great people to deal with. Reviewed on: 29th September 2021
