Many pluses but with one minus

Extremely good communication, very helpful and informative staff. Only negative was when awaiting a medical test result which meant we were advised not to book any further holidays, which meant we had 10 weeks of paid for insurance that we could not use. Reviewed on: 26th September 2025

Changed to Saga for holiday insurance.

Changing to Saga was a good experience. My husband and myself were covered for all our medical issues on our annual policy. The price was very competitive against previous companies renewal price.
