We took out travel insurance for our June 2026 to Corfu, excellent customer service, we both had health issues, the assistant put us at ease, nothing too much trouble, i am going to ring up round about 28th August as i have just booked our holiday to Crete for August 14th -24th 2027 for 10 days. Proper conversation with helpful call centre staff

When a problem arose we spoke quickly with helpful people who could act. Not having the call centre off-shored meant we had a proper conversation not just a script. The outcome was good and efficient. No surcharges when renewal came round. Reviewed on: 26th August 2026
