Quick and helpful support with my policy

I made a mistake with the date of my insurance. Customer service rep put it right very quickly after just one phone call. No complicated menus to navigate through! Chat function on website easy to use for general queries. Reviewed on: 26th August 2026

Helpful and trustworthy

They accrpt the health conditions which come with age. Are always easy to reach in the telephone if there are any queries or concerns and also offer perks such as a lounge service of flight is delayed. And they were not as expensive as others I’d looked at. Reviewed on: 26th August 2026

Fantastic Insurer

I wouldn't use any other Travel, Home or Motor insurer. Regarding Travel Insurance, some years ago sadly I had to make a claim as my sister and I had to leave a cruise half way through due to a family emergency at home. It was a critical time and very emotional time but Saga was fantastic and within 2 weeks all was settled. My sister used a cheaper alternative and they were unhelpful and it took a year and with the help of the Ombudsman to get a settlement. So beware of the cheap end of insurers - use Saga!
