Two years ago my wife had an accident whilst in Bali...

Two years ago my wife had an accident whilst in Bali Indonesia and required hip surgery she was in hospital for two weeks plus a further two weeks in the hotel before being confirmed fit to fly. Saga dealt with the claim efficiently and ensured that the hospital, hotel and airline received confirmation of payment direct to them with the first payment to the hospital made within 48 hours. I was relieved of all the stress which enabled me to be with my wife continuously without worry regarding payments. I cannot thank them enough. Purchased Travel Insurance while 20% discount was available which made it a good price for 90 days away from home. Claimed recently on a missed port of call cruise part of the insurance, dealt with immediately and money was in my bank within 2 hours. Reviewed on: 13th August 2025
