Fee free banking at its best

I've been a santander customer for many years. I've used various accounts including the 123 account but have decided to go back to the everyday account as the fees on the 123 account had increased. I use mobile app and Internet banking as well as in branch regular contact. The staff are helpful and friendly although the branch I visit can get rather busy , they always try to serve you quickly Reviewed on: 28th March 2016

Change of details

I recently moved and had to change details ot Santander it was so easy I have 3 accounts but they are linked so a quick chat with the cashier and it was all done. One less worry for me. Reviewed on: 28th March 2016

Great Current Account

This is a great current account. I use mine for direct debit, also for buying and selling online. Its really easy to do all of those. What i also love is that you can open an online account to keep track of your spending and saving. Id definitely recommend it to my family and friends Reviewed on: 16th February 2016

Helpful and good app

Staff in branch are always helpful, branch is in a convenient location for us and has good opening times. The Santander iPad app is also very reliable, works well and we use it pretty much everyday to check our balance and move money around. Can't complain about them really. Great student account

great basic account for everyday ingoings and outgoings.

This account is good for things like direct debits and monthly bills etc. I use very accessible online banking and rarely have any problems but if I do, I call and their friendly staff are always very helpful. Not a great account for savings though. Although they do provide other better ways of doing this, such as an ISA which I now have. Reviewed on: 10th February 2016

Good or bad, hmmm not sure ???

I have both a current account and a savings account with Santander and have mixed feelings about the level of service I receive from them. With interest rates and types of account I think they are pretty good, however most of the times I go into my branch the staff seem to be uninterested at what I am trying to do. They are too busy trying to sell me new products or services even though I have declined them on a previous visit. The other thing that is really annoying is that I cannot withdraw more than £500 in a single transaction without having to pre-order and wait 3 days for it, other banks that I use do not use this policy and I am free to take my money whenever I want.
