Very good account with rewards

Very good account with rewards, but you do need to pay in a certain ammount each month, so not necessarily useful if you are retired. Reviewed on: 23rd June 2016

Utility Warehouse customers do not get cash back, WHY?

After being informed that U. W. customers will get cash back prior to me opening an account, I have now found that this is incorrect as I have not been paid for my Gas, Electric, Broadband or phones? Santander confirmed that had I accounts with suppliers that are not bundled together, I would automatically receive cash back for all the above, WHY? I pay a one monthly direct debit for all my services which is no different to me having to pay several to different companies. Their calculator clearly shows all accounts permitted for a percentage cash back but does not single out U.W as being ineligible. My loses to date is in excess of £40. My complaint has been registered with Santander and I suggest any other customer who has been penalized to register their complaint. Reviewed on: 22nd June 2016

Best interest rate if you have 10k to invest

3% interest up to 20K, and money back from paying by direct debit for utilities, make this the best paying current account if you have more than 10k to invest Reviewed on: 20th June 2016

In recent years Santander have scored badly on customer service but I can hardly fault them on my 123 account. Whether by phone, on line or in branch I have always found them to be extremely helpful. I get cash-back on paying bills and a good rate of interest is a real bonus. Just wish it could be on more than £20000! Reviewed on: 2nd June 2016

Shiny new bank account

Gone are the days when the thought of changing a bank account would fill you with dread. Having just completed the change to Santander I can assure that this was painless and quick - all debits going out and everything coming in as it should. Great service all round Reviewed on: 1st June 2016

123 Current Student Account
