Good customer service

Fabulous Bank

I have held a 123 Current Account with this bank for over 7 years. I use the mobile banking app to track all of my transactions and I have not once in 7 years had any issues accessing my banking information. If you are looking for a really reliable, clear, trustworthy bank then swap to Santander! Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

Helpful staff

Santander automatically emailed me saying that they were closing my back account which was horrible. I called back to check what the reason for the close was and how it can be resolved so I can keep using Santander as my bank. Alex was very helpful in assisting me in uploading the relevant documents all the way through and removed the block that Santander put on my account. Now I can use my account as I normally would. Good around account

Have been with Santander for several years now with their 1-2-3 account and have found it a very competitive current account in terms of interest rates and the additional bonus of having cashback on my utility bills.
