Helpful staff

Santander automatically emailed me saying that they were closing my back account which was horrible. I called back to check what the reason for the close was and how it can be resolved so I can keep using Santander as my bank. Alex was very helpful in assisting me in uploading the relevant documents all the way through and removed the block that Santander put on my account. Now I can use my account as I normally would. Good around account

Have been with Santander for several years now with their 1-2-3 account and have found it a very competitive current account in terms of interest rates and the additional bonus of having cashback on my utility bills. Good student benefits

They have good benefits when opening the account but their customer service is not as good. When in branch they are helpful but over the phone you can end up being passed around a lot of people. Reviewed on: 20th March 2023
