Bill payment cashback is good

Excellent customer service

I switched to Santander 5 years ago and have been very impressed with their efficient and professional customer service. My local branch manager was very helpful when I was disputing a spurious charge which the retailer refused to refund. The internet banking app is very intuitive and I am extremely happy as a Santander customer. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Poor online management & limited app functionality

I transferred from Barclays last year, tempted by their cashback offer but wish I hadn't! Logins are over fussy, app has very limited capacity compared to Barclays and there's no direct access from the app to customer services. Ironically I also have a Spanish Santander account and that's much more efficient! Will be looking to move to another bank as soon as it is feasible for me to do so. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Account with excellent cashback

This account gives good interest for a current account and excellent cashback on household bills when paying Direct Debit. It is quite easy to access online and customer services usually very good although at times haven't always come up to standard. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

First Class Bank

First class service, including good security to access your account. Great bank alerts re possible scams and how to be aware of them. Inform you of large withdrawals from your account. Special discounts on offers are available each month. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
