Efficient online/ branch service

Having banked with Santander for over 10 years, I have never encountered any difficulties and have found their online banking, app and staff efficient, professional and easy to use. Not always the most competitive bank, but a lot easier to do business with than certain other high street banks. Reviewed on: 1st February 2023

Santander only require a minimum deposit of £500 per month to have an account which makes it accessible to most people, they still have many branches on the high street and their staff are always polite and helpful. Both their online and app platforms are easy to use and secure, I have banked with them for over 40 years and never encountered any problems. Reviewed on: 1st February 2023

Service has always been helpful. Never had any problems getting in touch with a staff member over the phone when needed. The app is good. Quite basic, but does the job. My only negative feedback is that the benefits of Select are pretty poor. There’s not much recognition for loyalty, so Select is pretty pointless. Reviewed on: 24th January 2023
