Poor performance

Do not invest in their stocks and shares isa mine has lost 13% in the last 18 months you will be paying a fee to them for failure, they haven't a clue and are not interested in looking after your money its the worst decision I have made. Reviewed on: 16th August 2023

Poor investment ISA performance

Since August 2021, my ISA and investment account have both consistently lost significant amounts of money, and are worth more than 20% less. Of course we know that investments can go down as well as up, but both of these have only gone down. Buyer beware. Reviewed on: 10th February 2023

Worst investment I ever made.

Investment total has declined every single quarter since I made it. Have lost patience now, far better to leave under mattress!!!!! So angry with Santander!!!! Reviewed on: 22nd September 2022

Not empress

Couldn't open an account not impressed. I have tried a few time to open an account. So this is why I opened a Starling account. It was quick and easy to do. I would recommend it to my friends and family. Reviewed on: 24th January 2020
