Remortgage Application

My husband and I applied for a remortgage with Santander in June 18. We were apparently accepted in principle and have since been messed around with/by them. Initially it was the low valuation on our current property now it’s the actual offer, which we’ve been waiting for, for weeks. We went through a broker who say he’s equally as frustrated with them as us. He has other customers that are in similar situation to ourselves. What is going on with this bank? Why such poor customer service? Why such terrible reviews? We’re considering not bothering with this bank and taking my custom elsewhere! Reviewed on: 25th September 2018

The worst Bank in the world

Still waiting

Mortgage application lodged via our mortgage advisor 9 days ago and still not heard a thing, myself and my husband have barely slept a wink with worry and our move it date is in 3 weeks!
