Very quick process

We applied in branch on Saturday 20th January 2018. Telephone interview with a mortgage advisor on Wednesday 24th January 2018 mortgaged offered and paperwork with my solicitors by Friday 26th and mortgage offer received by us on Monday 29th. All completed on Thursday 15th February. Would definitely recommend Santander and our solicitors Jarmans based in Sittingbourne, Kent. Reviewed on: 16th February 2018

Efficient

Remortgage was a dream

I was on an old Bradford and Bingley mortgage at a great rate. Shortly after they became Santander we needed to remortgage and they combined the additional amount into one at the same rate we had with the Bradford (no one could come anywhere near a better deal). Reviewed on: 10th February 2018

Mortgage done simply

We've had a mortgage with Santander for over 6 years, it has been very competitively priced, fees explained clearly and each end of term we've received new offers in good time to compare with other providers.
