Intermediary viewpoint

SBS, when I have used them, have always been brilliant. The BDM is always on hand to run things by as they are more bespoke than most high street lenders. Their products have definitely improved over the last few years and the service I get from the whole team, including being able to talk to the underwriter, is second to none. Easy process with good customer service

We found the process to be very smooth and without complication. All paperwork sent was easily understandable and well put together. I have had to call SBS a couple of times to ask questions and I have always found the customer service to be friendly and helpful. Reviewed on: 5th August 2022
