A pleasant experience.

It is a great experience directly dealing with the Scottish Building Society staff. Who are very pleasant, take the time to go over your needs and act on saving issues et that you feel confident are addressed quickly and directly. All in all a pleasant experience. Reviewed on: 4th April 2025

Good and Helpful

Only improvement when opening an ISA. Tell customers apart from ID and Proof of Address they will also need NI number. Reviewed on: 4th April 2025
