Friendly and approachable

The Galashiels branch were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Jill, in particular, made the whole experience a pleasure, the only downside is that if more than one customer is in there, there is little confidentiality. The upgraded branch is a great success. Efficient, reliable, friendly

It is very helpful to be able to speak to a member of staff for information about your savings accounts by telephone, which is answered promptly and clearly explained in a pleasant manner. Also I prefer your option of opening accounts by post rather than just by internet banking to be available to suit a range of customers' requirements. Reviewed on: 4th September 2024

Access to branches and staff is wonderful. Being able to call a branch and get thorugh to that branch is also great. Staff know me and I know them, staff are very helpful and friendly. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2024

Good to work with

Login page only shows 'user ID', doesn't show where answer should be, press return and puts you back to 'user ID', should go straight to password, you have to scroll down, why? Once logged in, it would be good to see my total investment with SBS. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2024
