Excellent, efficient, friendly

Everything was handled efficient and all the staff were super helpful. The only negative I have is that I am unable to manage account for my parents (or attorney) online. This can only be done in the branch. I would hope that in this day and age an online facility would be possible. Reviewed on: 7th August 2024

Trustworthy, efficient, reputable

I like that it is a long-established and trusted building society, that you get a passbook, and it appears a very efficient company. Hoping to transfer ISA from another compant which is due to mature in Dec 2024, dependent on rates at that time. Reviewed on: 7th August 2024
