My wife and I have had an unfortunate run of luck with our dogs. Unforeseen events that can cost a lot of money. We generally prepay our bill with our vets, then submit a claim. Scratch & Patch have helped us much better than we could have hoped for. But it helps when they request information it is fully given when putting the claim together. The process of which is simple and straightforward to follow. Looking forward to renewing our policy and maintaining the same support. Reviewed on: 15th September 2025

they have been honest, polite and businesslike with any dealings; however their restrictions have been quite severe in our experience and possibly not competitive - but this was our choice: and we have a claim still pending. Reviewed on: 15th September 2025
