Loyalty far from rewarded

We got a worse rate as existing customers to what new customers get added to the situation that we were very ill at the time. Shawbrook were very inflexible and beurocratic. Had previously been good but experience was upsetting and stressful. Reviewed on: 20th March 2025

Online Banking

Good rates and easily managed.

The initial account was easy to set up and the interest rate was very competitive. I have switched accounts a couple of times to get a better rate and the process was easy. Reviewed on: 20th March 2025

Brilliant customer service and great interest rates

Brilliant helpful and knowledgeable staff. Great interest rates and very secure website. They have been proactive in raising easy access interest rate over the years when bank rate rose, whereas other banks have not. Highly recommend them. Can’t fault them. Reviewed on: 20th March 2025

Top drawer service

Friendly, easy to use and good savings rates

My experience with Shawbrook Bank has always been positive, with all of my accounts - easy access, fixed term and ISA. My only reservation is that your savings rates were among the best but have recently been good but not the very best. They still beat the high street banks by a country mile, of course.
