ISA transfer from another bank.

I had an ISA that was maturing with another bank and decided to transfer it to one of Shawbrook's cash ISA accounts for better interest. Having filled in the forms I was annoyed that this bank emailed me to say they couldn't allow the transfer to go through on maturity as there was one small mistake on the forms. I rang this bank and they said I'd have to start the process all over again !! Rang Shawbrook and explained the situation. No, I didn't have to start all over again. They got in touch with this bank and the transfer happened, at maturity, as planned. Success!! Reviewed on: 21st March 2025

Recently taken out an ISA.

Attractive Rates

What attracted me to Shawbrook were the competitive interest rates offered and indeed, still keep me with you! The online service matches that of other account providers I use although out of seven providers I find navigating the Shawbrook site the hardest. Finding the latest letter/message isn't easy for me.
