Simple and smooth sign-up experience

I’m a new customer with Shawbrook Bank and recently opened a Cash ISA. The registration process was straightforward and easy to follow, with clear instructions at each step. Everything worked smoothly, and I was able to complete the application without any issues. As I’ve only just opened the account, I don’t yet have experience of how things work beyond the initial setup, but my first impression has been very positive so far. Reviewed on: 16th January 2026

Shawbrook is the easiest bank I have ever worked with!

Simple to use web site. Interest rates are good although there are better rates available lately but this must be considered with what are customer services like. Pointless having top interest rate with rubbish customer services! So, all in all I would recommend. Reviewed on: 16th January 2026
