I have Savings Accounts with Bank.

I have Savings Accounts with Bank. They have been responsive to any queries I and have kept me informed of improved interest rates on alternative accounts. They reacted quickly following my decision to switch to an improved interest rate. On one occasion the bank had mistakenly credited my account but informed me immediately they found the error - this was their first error over three or four years. Reviewed on: 26th February 2024
