Best around for internet banking

I found Shawbrook to be straightforward and the site is easy to use. When I phoned with a query I was dealt with quickly and efficiently. The interest rates were one of the best around and probably still are. Reviewed on: 16th January 2026

Excellent interest rates, exemplary customer service

I’ve had a number of savings accounts with Shawbrook over the years and have always been impressed with the efficiency and effectiveness of their website and systems. Not to mention, excellent rates of interest! We recently recommended Shawbrook to our daughter when she was looking to invest £20,000 in an ISA. Better now they have an app.

Better now they have an app than just the website. Some issues with initial ISA transfer, but now sorted. Reviewed on: 15th January 2026

Application for an ISA

I recently applied for a Iear fixed ISA. As part of that they wished I enter my banks details but the sort code was not recognised (it seems only main stream banks sort codes are recognised). It appears their electronic system was apple to confirm the sort code and the deal went through OK -- Well Done Reviewed on: 15th January 2026
