Easy to run account online. Reasonable savings interest rates. Always done everything online, not had any cause to call customer services, but they send timely information in form of email eg when fixed term is maturing with instructions for what happens next and what the options are. Shawbrook Bank advertsing a a new Bonus Easy Access Savings Account Issue 2 4.31% AER (variable) for the first 12 months – includes a 2.31% AER fixed bonus For new customers only So this is for NEW CUSTOMERS ONLY. I would like to transfer an existing isa into the shawbrook 1 year fixed rate account, you would think it was straight forward? , not with shawbrook, going fine until reached 32% and it asked me my title ,that's where it failed it does not allow you to select from the pre loaded list,tried over 15 times, and even asked my wife to try , to no avail, and without completing all the fields it doesn't allow you to proceed, that tells me if they can't get the bacis right, there not for me , Reviewed on: 26th August 2025
