Great service and dual car policy

We have had great success in dealing with everyone at Sheilas wheels. Great customer service and good discount for 2 car policy. Also no hassle renewal and easy document access. Reviewed on: 7th September 2019

Quick and easy

Good Price

Good price and cover (5* Defaqto at the time). Clear paperwork through their online portal and overall no issue with taking out cover. As with many car insurers we were able to beat the renewal price elsewhere so will be moving on once the policy expires, but no complaints so far. Reviewed on: 14th August 2019

Non fault claim accident

Opening a claim with Shiela wheels for a non fault accident was one of the worse things I’ve ever had to go through. It’s been 6 months and it’s still going on. I never got told the correct information and never been contacted with an update. They are very slow and terrible customer communication skills I would not recommend. Avoid

Avoid if you don't want to pay insane increases on your monthly premium. They won't price match their competitors so are happy to see current customers leave, clearly not bothered whatsoever about looking after them. Really poor customer care and service. Put the same review on Trustpilot and got a response essentially confirming that they would be happy for me to leave - needless to say that says it all and I certainly will not be renewing. Terrible.
