If only everything was this simple

My small business is young enough that I've always banked online with it, never in person. While other business banks offer "an online service", they may be online, but the service can be questionable and often burdensome to get help when things aren't right. Starling are not like other banks - I was initially a personal customer, but as soon as business accounts were available I switched and haven't had a bad word to say about them. Features, security, support, information, integration with 3rd party accounting... all excellent. Reviewed on: 16th April 2021

Satisfied Business Account customer

I have a business and personal account as well as saving with Starling for 4 years now. Starling is pretty much straightforward an online bank. Especially the customer service is definitely top-notch, from my experience any issue whether they're small or big they'll sort it out within minutes, And when you need them they handle it professionally and efficiently and you are talking to humans, unlike these other banks you communicating with robot. Makes business banking easy

The Starling app is intuitive and makes business banking easy by laying out the monthly spend and segmenting it so you can see where the money has gone (it's always going...). No1 Business Bank in my opinion!!

Simple money control

Starling have a brilliant app that is well thought out easy to use and reliable. I've only had to ring customer services once over a cheque transaction that wasn't clear and it was resolved in a few minutes. Great business banking

I have been using Starling for a few years now when I needed to have a separate account for my business. Setting the account up was so easy and I have found managing my account and the app since really easy and straightforward. when I have needed to contact customer services have found it very quick and easy and I particularly like having the spaces to save for different things. Has made managing my business so much easier and when it comes to tax returns saved me so much time. I am now considering moving all my banking to starling. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023
