Sensational product overall

Huge fan of Starling and I've tried Monzo/Revolut and many rubbish high street banks. Their app is simply the best around and it's loaded with terrible "freemium" add ons like Monzo. Travel benefits are the best around and their support is top notch. They deserve to win this award, I would not bank with anyone else. Reviewed on: 16th February 2022

Definitely recommend

Starling is such a relief after dealing with fines from high street banks. I don't have an overdraft because I won't want to go overdrawn... so don't allow me to! Thank you Starling for making banking easier, for not forcing me to go out of my way to a bank for menial tasks such as paying in a cheque and thank you for making bill management a cinch! Smarter banking for the next generation

No longer do we need to wait in line to pay a cheque into a branch office which took you 20 minutes to get to and cost £5 in petrol and parking, these days we just take a photo of the check and the funds appear your account. No longer do we have to wait to ask a question, just ask on your phone, in the middle the night if you wish! Little things like the card design, with the numbers on the underside instead of on the top to thwart would be thieves with CCTV, and the name of the card displayed in just the right place to be visible in your wallet. My 12 year old son has a sub account with his own card and app which is constantly improving, and my daughter could open a current account at 16, two years earlier than the competing banks. This is a company who clearly think and spend time designing an experience rather than just take your money! Reviewed on: 16th February 2022
