From loads of old accounts to Starling Spaces...

We had a number of old accounts in our other main bank. Rather than having to manage all the different payments in and out of the five accounts we switched it all to Starling using their Spaces facility to create 'sub accounts' whcih gave us a single view and easy management of our monthly finances. A brilliant bank.

A brilliant bank. I’m often in the Eurozone and the rate is always favourable; I can transfer money; I use the Spaces function to save for myriad forthcoming financial events; the App itself is very user friendly and the communication is pitched just right. I have recommended Starling to numerous people, all of whom naturally have different requirements from a bank but are equally evangelical about Starling. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

Ease of speaking to customer services

I have had two suspicious withdrawals and I spoke to someone via the app text function in minutes and got it all sorted. They cancelled the card and refunded the money within minutes. Was dreading contacting them as with other banks you can’t talk to anyone or get support fast. When money goes missing it’s very concerning and leaves a feeling of anxiety, they reassured me and sorted it all. Highly recommended. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
