The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Brilliant Bank

Quick and easy banking

Starling bank has busted the myths around banking and is the first truly user friendly bank I’ve encountered. I get real joy from seeing my savings spaces grow- which is a new experience for me- and I always feel like I’m in control of my money. Other banks could learn a lot from Starling! Great intuitive app and services

I’ve had a current account with Starting Bank for 4 months now and I must say I’m very happy with it. The app is modern, intuitive and easy to navigate in. The most common current transactions are quite easy to deal with. Notifications are always on top, keeping you up to date with your payments. Information is clear. And the possibility to access your account on a PC/laptop is also a big advantage. Security seems quite strong as well. Customer service is good. The available chat works just fine. My kind of bank

I love their no nonsense practical approach to setting up an account. They inform you clearly what's available, how to organize your account in a non bank, more user friendly way. You feel like you are in control at all times, purchases appear immediately on my phone, so I know exactly what's going on. They're great. Reviewed on: 18th February 2021

Banking as it should be - 5/5*

I've never had a complaint about Starling - but if I ever did, I'm sure it would be resolved by Starling just as the complaints I've had about some merchants and their fraudulent practices have been by Starling staff. Budgeting is super easy - with monthly spending broken-down into categories so you know when to trim back on something. Statements can be generated for specific date ranges with digital signatures - so submitting evidence of income online has never been easier. The instant spending alerts and security from the ground up make online and in-person shopping as safe as possible. I have full confidence in this bank. I joined in November 2019 and Starling keep going from strength to strength. It's no-wonder they've been voted Best British Bank EVERY YEAR SINCE 2018 and I believe they're still worthy of this accolade and others, too. From a very happy Starling customer.
