Starling customer of 3 years

I moved from my previous high street bank 3 years ago and I've found starling to be light years ahead on services provided. Everything is done through the app which is great, even paying cheques in is a straightforward process. Reviewed on: 6th April 2024

Perfect current UK/International and Joint account

Created my account in under 10 min. My goal was to have a current account I could as easily use in UK and in Europe while visiting family - and it's brilliant! Also was able to create a joint account with my partner and manage all this in 1 app, 1 place, 1 login. Support is great and super quick to reply anytime of day. Would 100% recommend! Pros and Cons of Starling Bank

I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Starling bank. I only used to use it as a 'secondary' savings bank, but have in the last year moved over to make it my main bank. The pots with virtual cards have been the main reason for this, making spending and saving simple. The only drawback, and only thing making me consider changing is the lack of 'premium' option. I am interested in a bank that offers; travel insurance, gadget insurance, breakdown cover. I am willing to pay a premium for this, but I do wish it was through Starling bank, so I didn't have to consider changing. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2024
