Could do more for us

Starling are a pretty perfect bank. They don't charge stupid amounts for using your arranged overdraft, nor do they rob you for using your card abroad! They are very fair and simple, though I do think they should adopt a cashback extras feature similar to banks like Halifax and Barclays as that has saved me well over £100 and would be a god send! Very good communication when I had a problem with a transaction recently. I like the ease of using my accounts both current and savings. The interest offered is better than other banks I looked at. I would definitely recommend Starting Bank to friends and family. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025
