so easy to use

I’ve always found Starling Bank so easy to use. I find their mobile app is the fastest, simplest of the three Banking apps I use. I’ve always had a fast answer when I have a concern or need help. Plus, they pay good interest on a current account! Reviewed on: 14th March 2024

In my 50 yrs of having a Bank Account I can honestly say what a pleasant experience having my finances available to me at the tip of my finger tips, especially the Spaces feature which reminds me of when we used to create budgets with Envelopes. I did have that idea and asked my (High Street) Bank at the time about having such a feature, and here we are now with the very thing. Fantastic! Customer service very good too. 10 out 10 for me. No access to overdrafts

I have been with starling bank for over 2 years now. If I do not have access to overdrafts. This is a bit disappointing. Reviewed on: 14th March 2024

easy to use, good interest rates, good features

Great current account

I’ve now had my Starling current account for a number of years and although I keep an eye out for offers from other banks, I have not yet found a reason to change. Starling represents great value and customer service with a current account that does everything I need it to do. Reviewed on: 14th March 2024
